C2*...*: Team eliminated in 1/16 Final round of C1 and later included in the Third Round of C2 (where all its points are accumulated).

#: Berth assigned to a country but not used due to withdrawal, ban or low ranking. In this situation, the country receives a penalty over its total points, which applies as follows: the points earned by all the country’s clubs are multiplied by the number of withdrawing teams, and the result is divided by the total number of assigned berths (both participating and non participating teams, with a minimum of 6); this number (rounded in millesimals) is then substracted from the total points to determine the ranking after penalty. For example:

GERMANY:              25 pt. (C1) + 2 pt. (C2) + 70 pt. (C3) + 3 pt. (C3) + 1 pt. (C3) + 0 pt. (C3: withdrawal) = 101 pt.

                               penalty = 101 x 1 / 6 = 16.833333... = 16.833 pt.

                               final points = 101 - 16.833 = 84.167 pt.
